A: Following parameters should be provided: voltage(DC/AC), power, current, resistance, stroke, force,dimension limit, force, residual force, duty cycle and etc.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally is 3-10 days if the goods are in stock and sometimes need 15-20 days if goods are not in stock. It also depends on the order quantity.
Q: What is terms of payment?
A: If payment <= $1000, it would need 100% payment in advance and it can be 50% payment in advance if payment > $1000.
Q: Is there any extra charges if we want you to print our logo or company name on your products or packaging?
A: Threre's no extra fee. Please offer us the logo files and we'll make it well on your peoduct.
Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit it?
A: Our factory is located in wenzhou city, about 1.5 hours way from wenzhou Airport by car.
